Different Minds at Work
Designing Vibrant Organizations Where Everyone Thrives
Four workshops on how we can build healthier organizations—and how neurodivergence helps us see things most leaders miss.
Different Minds at Work is a four-workshop series using neurodivergence as a window into healthier ways of working.
Rather than treating autism, ADHD, or giftedness as problems to solve or deficits to overcome, participants explore how different ways of thinking change common assumptions about productivity, leadership, communication, and organizational life. The result is a more humane workplace that benefits everyone..
In each 3-hour workshop, we'll explore current research, lived experience, grounding practices, and practical tools for creating lives marked by wisdom, connection, and sustainable flourishing.
Attend a single workshop, or join us over time as each session builds toward a larger vision of a vibrant unmasked life.
Courses are offered in-person and online.
Each session costs $125 per person.
Group and institutional rates are available.
