Unmasked Life: A Learning Journey For Neurodivergent Flourishing is a six-workshop series exploring what it means to build a life that honors your brain instead of constantly fighting against it.
In each 3-hour workshop, we'll explore current research, lived experience, grounding practices, and practical tools for creating lives marked by wisdom, connection, and sustainable flourishing.
Attend a single workshop, or join us over time as each session builds toward a larger vision of a vibrant unmasked life.
