ADHD as an adult is complex.

You’ve come a long way. But you’re juggling life’s pressures and the same things you struggled with as a kid.

ADHD Adulting helps adults like you understand and work with the uniqueness of their brains, develop their strengths, and create the career and life they dreamed of as kids.

Through eight, 50-minute sessions, we’ll work together to accomplish a number of goals, including:

  • Strengthening self-confidence

  • Setting and acheiving goals

  • Managing stress and burnout

  • Making tough personal or professional transitions

  • Improving relationships

  • Getting organized and making deadlines

  • Mastering procrastination and perfectionism

  • Advocating for yourself

  • Navigating conflict

  • Improving work/life balance
