Individual coaching for neurodivergent adults exhausted from living in a world not built for them
I work with autistic and ADHD adults carrying a lifetime of stress and struggle in their work, relationships, minds, and bodies.
You may recognize yourself here:
Burned out from years of masking and adapting
Carrying complex trauma from workplaces, relationships, or systems that didn’t accommodate you
Grieving losses that don’t have clear closure: career, identity, possibilities
Facing painful or seemingly impossible life or career choices
Struggling in systems designed for neurotypical people
Navigating complex relational, family, or parenting dynamics shaped by neurodivergence
Living with overlapping conditions—diagnosed, self-identified, or unnamed
Longing for support that doesn’t rush, blame, or try to “fix” you
You deserve support that helps you understand what’s actually happening—and feels safe enough to stay with what’s hard.
How I work
Neurodivergent adults often carry layered, long-standing challenges. Responding to those difficulties can’t be rushed or reduced to quick-fix strategies or life hacks.
My coaching is patient, relational, empowering work focused on connection. It doesn’t center on productivity, performance, or accountability systems that leave you feeling blamed or shamed.
Instead, we pay attention to:
What’s actually happening in your body, not just your thoughts
The strengths, interests, values, and gifts you may have learned to hide
The systems and environments that failed you—and blamed you for not measuring up
Historical and intergenerational wounds and patterns that may still be shaping you
Trauma, grief, and burnout that don’t resolve neatly
What you need to survive now—and eventually thrive
This is work that unfolds over time, through trust, rhythm, and sustained presence.
What I bring
Multiple professional coaching certifications
A PhD in interpersonal, organizational, and ethical communication
Deep expertise in neurodivergence, complex trauma, and somatics
Lived experience as an autistic adult and parent of neurodivergent children
A commitment to staying present with complexity—not rushing toward a solution
Practical details
Sessions are typically 50 minutes, meeting weekly or biweekly.
Most people find that meaningful work unfolds over several months, rather than a few sessions.
My rate is $125 USD per session. Sliding-scale options are available when finances are a barrier.
I work session-by-session rather than selling packages, with the understanding that consistency and commitment are essential to this work.
A note on scope
I’m a coach, not a therapist. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
What I offer is relational support, systemic understanding, clarity, and companionship through complexity.
If you need clinical mental health care, I’ll support you in finding it.
We’re not fixing you. You’re not broken.
We’re rebuilding a relationship with yourself—and finding ways to live with more dignity and steadiness in a world that hasn’t made that easy.
